After a heart attack and stroke as a result of a Type A Aortic Dissection (a dangerous tear in the aorta) on April 4, 2012, Wednesday, in Kingston, Jamaica, I was medevaced to Miami and underwent open heart surgery on April 6, Friday. April 6 was, also, my 58th birthday and a full moon.
This experience will be expressed in written and visual work.
