2019
After a diagnosis of lupus, 2019 was a year of introspection to find my new normal. Each day may bring its own different set of challenges to be met. With the help of my family, my friends, my doctors and support groups, I am able to move forward, fearlessly. I focus on communication, education and consciousness. I contemplate "How Many Moons" have passed and how many more are yet to come. My artwork continues to be healing and revealing.
"How Many Moons" is a mixed media work depicting tally marks, a full moon and different phases of time.
