I first found Milagros (miracles) or religious folk charms used for healing purposes in Mexico as a young student in the 70's. I saw them pinned onto the robes of the saints in the churches by parishioners asking for healing of ailments of different body parts or organs.
I began my series, "Milagros" with Sacred Hearts and Sacred Hand in 2017.
